Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the content removed and its previous location.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your contact details: name and email address (phone number and postal address recommended).

  • A statement confirming that you accept the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland. If you are located outside the EU, you also agree to jurisdiction where we are legally based.

4. Repeat Infringement
